Working with Mika has been a significant step change for Resolve. In just four months, he has made an outstanding contribution to moving our homelessness and rough sleeping services forward, both operationally and strategically.

During his time with Resolve, Mika carried out a comprehensive review of our service, helped establish new policies, procedures and ways of working, recruited and supported a new service team, managed a range of complex staffing issues, and provided valuable support to our new permanent manager.
